'Rides' Feature

Track all your trips in one place. Trips waiting to match appear in Pending. Once a rider confirms, they move to Confirmed, and after completion, they’re saved in History.

'Live Trip Tracking' Feature

Track the journey in real time as the car moves toward pickup and drop-off. Drivers can tap Confirm Pick-Up when a passenger is onboard, while passengers receive prompts to confirm when they see their carpool mate. Users can chat, call, access emergency support, and follow on-screen instructions throughout the trip.

'Wallet' Feature

View your points balance, purchase travel credits, and manage driver subscriptions. Track passenger credits, driver earnings, and payment activity with ease.

'Mates' Feature

Connect with other Shrido users and build your preferred carpool network. Add favourites, sync contacts, and notify selected mates when planning a trip.

'Rewards' Feature

Drivers earn points for completed trips and redeem them for digital gift cards. Browse categories, search brands, and receive your selected gift card instantly via email.

With Shrido's booking system, users are able to book rides or plan rides for later in the week, while also supporting users who have daily commutes to work and hybrid work arrangements. A user can also set up a recurring trip to appear every week so that if the user travels every other day, they do not have to create the request each time. The best part? It provides a common interface for both the drivers and passengers. Shrido lets the driver choose their own pricing or use the platform’s recommendations, so they don't exceed the daily limit. The booking system calculates earnings for a trip based on passenger pickup points. Passenger costs are calculated using platform pricing and distance travelled. After the ... travel details are entered, users can search for fellow travelers. If they find them, they can send a request to join the ride. If not, they can park their request in ‘rides’ for others to see. Users can also reach out to their friends or known commuters on the app.
